Terms

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and agree to these Terms. You agree that the information you give us is true and complete.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors, fabric texture, and fit can look different depending on your screen, lighting, and body. Small variations in color, print placement, wash, and sizing are normal for apparel and aren't defects. Measurements in our size guide are approximate. All products are for personal use, not resale.

Prices are listed in USD and can change at any time without notice. Mistakes happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we can cancel any order for that product, even after you've received an order confirmation, and we'll refund you in full. We may also correct errors in descriptions, availability, or pricing at any time.

Your order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we've accepted it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including limited stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers, bots, or automated tools. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Once an order is placed, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations, so contact us fast at Ldbdclothing@gmail.com and we'll try.

Many of our products are released in limited quantities. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete. We may set purchase limits per customer, household, address, or payment method, and cancel orders that go over them. Restocks are never guaranteed. Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to buy products or access the site is prohibited.

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. You're responsible for any taxes, duties, and fees that apply to your order.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen afterward, but reach out and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy. Items marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged.

Everything on this site, including the LET DOGS BE DOGS and LDBD names, logos, designs, graphics, photos, and text, belongs to LDBD or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any of it (including making or selling knockoffs of our designs) without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to our brand or designs.

If you tag @letdogsbdogs, use our hashtags, or send us photos, reviews, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and use that content on our website, social media, and marketing, with or without credit. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights. If you want something you shared taken down, email Ldbdclothing@gmail.com and we'll remove it from our channels.

You agree not to: use the site for anything illegal; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools; try to hack, disrupt, or overload the site; submit false or fraudulent orders; or use the site in any way that harms LDBD or other customers. We can suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

The site may link to or use third-party services such as Shopify, Instagram, payment providers, and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where those warranties can't be excluded by law. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LDBD and its owners, team, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to protect and hold harmless LDBD and its owners, team, and partners from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your breaking these Terms or the law, or by content you share with us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, CA, and you agree to that location. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at Ldbdclothing@gmail.com and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here and changing the date at the top. Using the site after changes means you accept them. The Terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, that doesn't mean we've waived it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the full agreement between you and LDBD.
